There is one healthy habit that I start my day with and I’ve been doing it for years. I drink a glass of room temperature water mixed with apple cider vinegar. While it might not be a cures all remedy, it is very beneficial . I’ll tell you why… ACV may contribute to weight loss by promoting satiety, lowering blood sugar, and reducing insulin levels. Besides all that ACV offers incredible liver jumpstart, digestive aid and immune support for the gut. The main substance in vinegar, acetic acid can kill harmful bacteria or prevent them from multiplying. It has a history of use as a disinfectant and natural preservative so it’s good for acne too! The benefits listed aren’t the only reason I drink it! This micro habit influences the rest of my choices for the day. It’s like a healthy domino effect. When you start with ONE simple action for your health, no matter how small, it changes the whole trajectory of your day! You don’t need to over commit to a 20-step morning routine that starts at 5AM in order to be healthy! Commit to one small thing consistently until it becomes part of your routine than add another healthy action to your day. Doesn’t matter when, what, but the how… which is consistently. It can be as simple as starting your day with glass of water infused with apple cider vinegar… Or lemon water. Or a protein shake. Or a probiotic. Or my green smoothie recipe. (Haha yeah I plugged myself in there) You’d be surprised how much one small action influences your choices for the rest of the day!
